Audrey Anita Neuman, 87, of Redfield, SD, passed away Tuesday, April 24, 2018 at the Redfield Care and Rehabilitation Center in Redfield.  Her memorial service will be 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Redfield.  Reverend Brian Wasmoen will officiate.  Arrangements for cremation have been entrusted to Hyke Funeral Home of Redfield (www.hykefuneralhome.com).

Audrey Anita Carrico was born on April 9, 1931 in Crandon, SD to Charles and Sophia (Coopersmith) Carrico.  She went to rural school.  She married Wilbur Pudwill on January 31, 1951 in Colorado Springs, CO.  They lived in South Dakota, Washington and California.  Audrey had two children, Sam and Nancy.

Audrey later married Willis Neuman in Huron, SD on November 12, 1990.  They enjoyed traveling and square dancing.  She was a member of OSLC in Redfield.

Audrey is survived by her two children: Sam (Linda Holm) Pudwill of Redfield and his children:  Justin (Karin), Andrew and Samantha Pudwill; and Nancy (Todd) Schwartz of Redfield and their children:  Alec Hudson and Duncan Schwartz.  Four great-grandchildren, Justin's children, also survive:  Ella, Taylor, Lilu, and Harper.   She is also survived by two sisters:  Betty Betten and Evelyn Schalkle; and her brother, Richard Carrico.

She is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Willis, in October of 2008; her sisters:  Ruth, Marie, Lorraine and Janet; and her brothers:  Carleton, Charles and Fritz.
