Betty Gange, 87, of Redfield, SD died Tuesday, April 14, 2014 at Sanford Medical Center in Aberdeen, SD. Betty was cremated and a time for sharing memories will be Friday, April 24, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at Thelen Funeral Home in Redfield. Cremains burial will be at a later date. www.thelenfuneralhome.com

Betty was born June 14, 1927 in Bemidji, MN to Charles and Clair Gange. Betty as a custodian for the Department of Natural Resources in Grand Rapids, MN until she retired in 1990. After her retirement, she enjoyed traveling to Hawaii, Florida, Las Vegas and many other locations. She moved to Sturgis in 1990 and to Golden Living Center in Redfield in 2014.

She enjoyed crocheting and watching television. Her favorite TV programs were "Little House on the Prairie" and "the Walton's."

Betty is survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, 4 brothers and 2 sisters.
