Blanche Neu, 96, of Rapid City, SD died August 3, 2007 in Rapid City, SD. Her funeral will be Wednesday, August 8th at 2:00 p.m. at the Messiah Lutheran Church in Redfield. Reverend Peter M. Utecht will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church.
