The Jim and Deborah Burdick Family of Redfield are again sponsoring the Flags for Veterans Project in honor of Thomas Burdick.  To honor all deceased veterans in Redfield on Memorial Day, the project enlists the help of volunteers to place an American flag on the graves of all veterans at both Greenlawn and St. Bernard Catholic Cemeteries in Redfield.

The Burdick Family graciously donates all the flags and keeps records of the veterans' graves.  We thank them for their continued generosity and hard work.

Flags for Veterans will take place on Friday, May 24th at 5:30 PM and usually takes about an hour. Please meet at the center of Greenlawn Cemetery for maps and flags. Cookies, water, and pop will be provided by Hyke Funeral Home.  All are welcome!
