Ken Roy Henry Ihnen was born March 16th, 1957 to Merle and Mary Lou (Warfield) Ihnen. Ken grew up on the family farm 12 miles south west of Tulare and attended school at Tulare, graduating in 1975. During the next couple of years Ken's love for Mopar muscle cars would take second place to his love for a beautiful young woman from Redfield. On Dec. 18th 1977, Ken married the love of his life Penny Schurch. Theirs was a love for the ages. Ken loved his wife and his family. Ken and Penny raised their children on the family farm. Ken knew where his riches were; not here on this earth but in heaven. He taught his kids of Jesus Christ and the salvation received through God's only Son. Ken knew that his family is the only thing that he could take to heaven with him.

Ken is survived by his wife Penny Ihnen, and his three children: Nathan and Erinn Ihnen, Alissa and Justin Toering and Nick and Bekah Ihnen; his grandchildren: Addy, Henry, Braelynn, Emma, Annora and Brooklynn. He is also survived by his mother Mary Lou Ihnen and his two sisters: Barb (Jon) Carlson and Colene Hageman.

He was preceded in death by his father.

Thank you for all you did for us Dad and we will see you in heaven.
