Linda Joyce (Beard) Ryman, 69, of Redfield, SD, got her special wings and took flight on August 18, 2020, at Avera Heart Hospital, in Sioux Falls, SD.  Following Linda's wishes, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Linda was born July 17, 1951, in Aberdeen, SD, to Kermit and Harriet (Hagman) Beard. She married Mickey "Mick" Ryman on June 15, 1992, in Stewartville, MN.

Linda enjoyed spending time with family, reading, watching criminal shows such as N.C.I.S., and listening to country music, especially George Strait. Linda worked as the head cook for Terry's Bar; she was the Dietician Aide for Avian at S.D.D.C. and most recently, she was the morning clerk for Casey's in Redfield, SD. If you have ever been in Casey's, she most likely was the smile that checked you out. Linda was a great listener and you could talk to her about anything. Her family was important to Linda. She loved spending time with her grandchildren. Linda was loved, touched many lives, and will be missed by many.

Linda is survived by her loving husband, Mick of Redfield; her three children: Beth Minnick of Northfield, MN; Micheal Minnick of Ashton, SD; and Shanda Lather of Aberdeen, SD; 13 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and one child Joyce Marie Menning.
