Lori Ann Wilkinson, 55, of Redfield, died Friday, May 1, 2015, at her home in Redfield, SD. Her funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 5, 2015 at Thelen Funeral Home in Redfield. Reverend Brian Wasmoen will officiate. Burial will be in the Greenlawn Cemetery.

Visitation will be Monday from 4-8:00 p.m. at Thelen Funeral Home, with the family present at 7:00 p.m. to accept condolences. (www.thelenfuneralhome.com)

Lori (Larson) Wilkinson was born on May 10, 1959 in Aberdeen, SD to Larry and Carol (Artz) Larson. She grew up in Aberdeen and the surrounding area and graduated from Central High School in Aberdeen in 1977. Lori married Donald Wilkinson on September 9, 1989. They made their home in Redfield and the surrounding area where they raised their children Randi, Cain and Justin.

Lori loved hunting, camping, fishing and trucking over the road with her husband until her health declined. She also loved being outdoors, gardening and reading. Her greatest joy came from her children and grandchildren.

Lori is survived by her husband, Donald, daughter Randi (Matt) Jessen of Redfield, sons Cain of Sioux Falls, SD and Justin (Latoya) of Virginia Beach, VA and the loves of her life, Conner, Cully and Chloe, her 3 beautiful grandchildren. She is also survived by her mother, Carol Larson of Rapid City, SD; sisters Cheryl (John) Schroeder of Sioux City, IA, Karen (Mark Gamber) Winson of Huron, SD; Kim Gruba of Rapid City, SD and her brother Dale (Heidi Bauder) Larson of Canton, SD as well as many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father, nephews Michael Schroeder and Matt Gross.
