Marie Kleinsasser, age 81, of Glendale Colony, peacefully went to be with the Lord, on October 22, 2010.


Visitation will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday at the Kleinsasser home and will continue until the wake service on Sunday evening. Visitation will continue Sunday evening after the wake service until service time on Monday.


Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 25, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at the Glendale Colony with burial in the Glendale Colony Cemetery


She was born on August 27, 1929 in Eli, Manitoba, Canada, a daughter of Reverend Joseph and Maria (Waldner) Wollman of Bon Homme Colony, Canada. She married Jacob Kleinsasser on January 28, 1951. She was head cook for many years.

She will forever be missed by one daughter, Marilyn (Ben) Wurtz; five grandsons, Benjamin, Jacob, Stefan, Daniel and Garret, all of Glendale Colony. Also four sisters: Susanna Wollman, Elizabeth (Albert) Waldner, Katherina (Tobias) Wurtz, Rebecca (Pr. John) Waldner ; six brothers: Zack (Elizabeth) Wollman, Pr. Mike (Margaret) Wollman, David (Jeanne) Wollman, John (Clara) Wollman, Paul (Sarah) Wolloman, Jacob (Barbara) Wollman. Among those who will miss and mourn her passing are lots of friends and relatives.

Preceding her in death were her husband, one sister and two brothers.
