Marion Estelle (Thomas) Dahl, 79, Redfield, SD, formerly of Columbus, ND died Monday, April 11, 2016, at her daughter's home in Redfield. Marion has been cremated, a graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. on May 21, 2016 at the Pleasant Prairie Cemetery in Columbus, ND. Marion Estelle Dahl was born in Powers Lake, ND on May 2, 1936. She was the third daughter of Newell and Lila (Storrud) Thomas. She married Selmer Dahl on April 9, 1963. She was baptized and confirmed in the Christian faith on May 1, 1964 at Trinity Lutheran Church, Columbus, ND.

Marion is survived by her children: Bonita (Debry) Radtke of Redfield, SD, Amy (Rev. Aaron) Filipek of Newton, KS, Norman "Skip" (Marilyn) Burr of Spring Field, MO, Jon (Brenda) Dahl of Sydney, MT, and Arne (Kristie) Dahl of Fairbault, MN; her sisters Marjorie Oas and Renee Thomas; her brother Mark Thomas; sixteen grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and their families.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Selmer, her brother Delbert, and her sister Evelyn.
