Marthann (Shevlin) Kimlicka, 89, of Redfield, SD, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2018 at Redfield Care and Rehabilitation Center in Redfield.  Marthann's wish was to be cremated with no services.  Private burial will take place at a later date in Greenlawn Cemetery, Redfield.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Hyke Funeral Home of Redfield (www.hykefuneralhome.com).

Marthann Shevlin was born October 2, 1928 in Aberdeen, SD to Charlie and Alice (Roundy) Shevlin.

Marthann is survived by her son, Leon "Butch" (Cheryl) Kimlicka of Redfield; her granddaughter, Marie (Kurt Van Vleet) Kimlicka of Redfield and great-grandchildren: Cody, Gabby, Emma, Kason and Wylie; and her grandson, Jeremiah (Sara) Kimlicka of Redfield and great-grandchildren:  Cruz and Curry.  She is also survived by two brothers:  Bob Shevlin of Minneapolis, MN and Larry "Duane" Shevlin of Sacramento, CA; her sister, Beverly Corkins of Redfield as well as several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo "Bud" Kimlicka and her grandson, Josh Kimlicka.
