Nathan Lee Sattler, 22, of Redfield, SD, died Monday, April 25, 2011 at his home in Redfield.

His funeral will be Thursday, April 28, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at First Congregational UCC Church in Redfield.

Reverend Tim Fugman will officiate.

Burial will be in the Rockham Cemetery.

Visitation will be Wednesday from 1-8:00 p.m. with the family present from 5-7:00 p.m. at Thelen Funeral Home in Redfield.

Nathan Lee Sattler was born July 1, 1988 in Pipestone, MN to Lonnie and Lori (Whitley) Sattler. He attended school in Webster for four years and graduated from Redfield High School in 2007. He worked at Subway and Golden Living Center before providing direct care at South Dakota Developmental Center-Redfield.

He was a member of the Redfield Volunteer Fire Department.

Nathan enjoyed spending time with his family and his dog Wilson. Nathan's friends were a big part of his life and watching movies with them was one of Nathan's favorite pastimes.

Nathan is survived by his parents Lonnie and Lori of Redfield; his sisters and brothers: Cassandra (David O'Daniel) Rose of Redfield and her children: Kiara and Tristen; Daniel Sattler of Oakview, CA; Ryan (Kellie) Sattler of Redfield and their children: Dalton, Emersen, Ainslee and a soon to be baby; Matthew, Sara and Seth Sattler of Redfield. He is also survived by his maternal grandparents Ron and Bev Whitley of Redfield and his paternal grandmother Diane Sattler of Sioux Falls, SD and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather Leon Sattler.
