Patricia "Pat" Ann (Schwartz) Isaacson, 66, of Redfield, SD, passed away Thursday, July 25, 2024, at Community Memorial Hospital Avera in Redfield.

Pat was born February 20, 1958, to Willard and Doris (Barrie) Schwartz.  She attended Faulkton Schools.

On February 1, 1985, Pat married Rob Isaacson and to this union, Anthony James (AJ) was born.   Pat truly enjoyed bowling and softball.

She is survived by her husband Rob of Redfield; son A.J. and his wife Becca, grandkids Shelbie and Hayden, all of Bonesteel, SD; and siblings: Tamara (Bill) Pierce of Aberdeen, SD, Wade (Sandy) Schwartz, Frank (Anna) Schwartz, Sheree Levtzow, Sara Schwartz, Mary Betten, all of Redfield, and Larry Schwartz of Huron, SD.

Pat was preceded in death by her parents, parents-in-law, and brother Gregory Todd.
