Sandy Lynn (Koester) Wise, 69, of Zell, SD, died Thursday, December 17, 2015, at Avera Heart Hospital in Sioux Falls, SD. Sandy was cremated and a memorial service will be at 1:00 p.m. on May 21, 2016 at the Ashton Cemetery. Sandy was born on August 22, 1946 in Redfield, SD to Duane and Bessie Koester. She graduated from Northwestern school in Mellette, SD in 1964. Sandy moved to Yakima, WA in 1982 and retired from Evans Fruit in 2015. After her retirement, she returned to South Dakota to live with her sister and brother-in-law, GleeAnn and Paul.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

She is survived by her sisters: GleeAnn (Paul) Shantz of Zell, SD and Connie (David) Worth of Centennial, CO.
