Shannon Lynne Smith, 38, of Redfield, SD died Sunday, July 8, 2012 at her home. Graveside services will be Monday, July 16, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery in Redfield. Pastor Lorah Houser Jankord will officiate. (www.thelenfuneralhome.com)

Shannon was born August 7, 1973 in Lakewood, CO to William and Kristy (McBride) Gallipo. She attended school in Littleton, CO where she obtained her accounting degree. She lived most of her life in Denver and the surrounding areas, until 2009, when she moved to Redfield with her family.

She enjoyed fishing and hunting with her family and the occasional shopping trip.

Shannon is survived by her husband David Smith, her three children: Ana Marie, Kathryn and Alex; her parents Bill Gallipo and Kristy Yearby and numerous other family members in Redfield and Denver.

She was preceded in death by her grandparents.
