Tim was born July 12, 1937, to Elmer "Barney" and Meta (Miller) Binger in Redfield, SD. Tim attended and graduated from Tulare High School a proud member of the Class of 1955. He married Shirley Ann Sahli Woodward on December 5, 1964 in Mellette, SD and gained an instant family of four small children, Richard, Randy, Sheryl and Rodney. Tim and Shirley began their life together on the family farm west of Tulare, SD., where they were blessed with four more children, Darin, Brett, Cindy and Chad.
Tim was devoted to his family and to farming, spending his entire life on the farm with many long days in the fields, checking cattle and keeping everyone in line. Tim and Shirley retired in 2002, turning the farm over to "the boys" and moved to Redfield.

His pastime was spent collecting Oliver and John Deere tractors. He enjoyed hunting West River deer and fishing at West Whitlock. He loved spending time with his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and all his friends.

He lost the love of his life on January 22, 2007 when Shirley passed away counting the days until he could meet her once again in heaven.

He is survived by six sons, Richard (Shauna) Woodward, Randy (Dawn) Woodward, Darin (Mary) Binger, Brett (Susan) Binger and Chad (Kristie) Binger all of Tulare, Rodney (Carmen) Woodward of Pierre, SD., two daughters Sheryl (Dan) Jungwirth of Tulare and Cindy (Will) Chaplin of Hitchcock.
